When you're misfiring, when anxiety and lack of sleep and stress is perching on you, head to the garage. Nature. Friends. Family. Love and understanding and compassion. Let the tiredness drain out of your engine and, in its place, add a dream, a good memory, a good word to yourself.
Mental health. Emotional wellbeing. Physical strength. They make us go, or not so much.
